Rainbow Nachos! 

Happy Fourth of July everyone!! 
Hope that you all are enjoying Merica day with those that you love and food that you love.

I brought these vegan nachos to a barbecue with me and they were a hit. I mean c’mon… who can resist nachos?! 

Here’s a recipe for holidays or everyday. It’s an easy not-so-guilty guilty pleasure when done bursting with flavor and fresh veggies. 

You’ll need.. 

  • chips 
  • beans
  • Habenero La Onda
  • your choice of fresh, local veggies!! (I choose cherry tomatoes, broccoli, radishes, arugula) 

Preheat your oven to 350. 

On a large baking sheet, add chips, refried beans, La Onda and your veggies to top. Leave out the leafy greens for topping. 
Pop in the oven for 10 min. Let the chips crisp and your La Onda sauce brown. 
When finished, top with arugula! 
Now… serve with love and enjoy.
